About Us
Alumni Rental Homes is a locally owned Tucson company focused on creating and maintaining high-quality rental homes for University of Arizona students. We have spent years investing in neighborhoods around the university, improving existing homes and building new properties designed specifically around the way students want to live.
We focus on bright interiors, open kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, updated finishes, off-street parking and professionally finished outdoor spaces. Many of our newer homes also include private or shared pools, covered patios and layouts designed for groups of friends who want the feel of a real home rather than a typical apartment.
Because we own and manage our properties ourselves, we stay closely involved from construction and renovation through leasing and ongoing maintenance. Our goal is simple: provide well-maintained homes in great locations, respond quickly when something needs attention, and offer students a better alternative to many of the older rental options surrounding campus.
Locally owned. Professionally managed. Built for student living.
